1. Order Processing & Cancellations
At EcoWashly, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth shopping experience. To prevent shipping delays, orders are processed immediately after they are placed.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel or modify it. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at support@ecowashly.com, and we will do our best to help.
2. Exceptions
While cancellations are generally not possible once an order has been processed, the following exceptions may apply:
- If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we may be able to assist with a cancellation request.
- In case of duplicate orders made by mistake, please contact us immediately so we can review your request.
3. Returns & Refunds
