At EcoWashly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you received the correct product in good condition but are not completely satisfied, please contact us at support@ecowashly.com for further assistance.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email us at support@ecowashly.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the received order.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.
  • If approved, you will receive a full refund for the returned items, excluding return shipping costs.
  • The return must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time for Returns

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What is Not Eligible for a Refund?

  • Returns without a trackable and insured shipping method that are lost in transit
  • Returns that are severely damaged due to poor packaging
  • Returns sent to the wrong address
  • Returns made after the 30-day purchase window
  • Non-returnable items, such as used personal care items or final sale items

Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery

  • If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
