Where is my order?

You can track your order using the Track & Trace link provided in your order confirmation email. We ship worldwide while offsetting CO2 emissions, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only initiate an investigation with the carrier within 2 weeks of the original delivery date.

What if my package is damaged?

• Record a video while opening the package, showing the condition of all contents.
• Send the video to support@ecowashly.com, along with a description of the issue.
• Submit your claim within 1-3 days of receiving the package.
