When will my order be delivered?

Netherlands

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered the next day.

  • Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered on Monday.
    Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

Belgium

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 22:00 will be delivered the next day.

  • Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered on Tuesday.
    Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday.

Other European Countries

Orders are shipped on business days. For the countries below, the cut-off time is 22:00.

Depending on your location, we ship using a trusted network of carriers, including:
DHL, PostNL, GLS, Bpost, InPost, UPS, DPD, FedEx, and Colis Privé.


How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@ecowashly.com. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


What should I check upon delivery?

When your package arrives, please verify the following:

  • The package is sealed, dry, and undamaged.

  • The contents match your order fully and accurately.


What if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:

  1. Record a video while unboxing the package, clearly showing the condition and all contents.

  2. Send the video and a description of the issue to support@ecowashly.com.

  3. Submit your claim within 1–3 days of receiving the package.
